You can follow 25 people and unfollow 100 daily with the free service. You can identify inactive followers.
You can also search for accounts by keyword or look at the followers of another twitter user. It also works with instagram afaik.

Well the reason I raise it is that some apps change hands etc., so you can end up in a situation where your a/c is compromised without you even realisingIt's on my todo listI need to go through them to see how many may actually be useful. i tend to check out too many free tools ...
