Strange Google Analytics reports

An old friend of mine runs a Wordpress site - For the fainthearted . . .

He wrote to me recently saying that he was getting strange reports in GA. Pages were appearing in the report that quite definitely weren't on his site. I checked his Behaviour -> Site Content report today and sure enough, among the genuine pages I found the following "pages":

/secret-coffee-recipes/3-great-coffee-recipes/
/shrimp-broodstock-management/
/~r/techcloud/oYtP/~3/wkr0PMNay-o/
/2009/04/06/una-passione-per-la-matematica/

None of the above are on the site. I have checked the site sources and there is nothing in any htaccess file or indeed nothing strange in the structure of the site or in the database content. It's not as if he is picking up the wrong report altogether as genuine pages are showing as well. I have tried Googling both "secret coffee recipies" and "shrimp broodstock" [whatever that is] and his site doesn't appear on any of the search results.

I just wondered if anyone had come across anything like this before?
